My Dream Adventure: Hot Air Balloon Ride

I count myself fortunate enough as I have been to different parts of the world and lived and witnessed different cultures and traditions. Just because of my Parents and my Brothers, I have been able to enjoy different adventures trips and believe me, each and every country has their own taste in adventures. No land or country is adventure less. There are so many adventures which I have seen but not tried and even do not want to try, it is better to just watch or enjoy those adventures from distance or watching others experiencing those adventures. But yes, there are many which I won’t be able to experience personally just because of many other reasons and I wanted them to experience badly if I ever get a chance.

One of those adventures and top of the list in things to do in adventure category for me is riding a “hot Air Balloon”. Yes, I am just crazy about Hot Air Balloon ride and unfortunately, I was unable to experience this wonderful adventure. We have seen it in movies and cartoons but it looks amazing in reality. I was so keen to having one of these rides on Hot Air Balloon when I was in Egypt. Luxor is a popular spot for Hot Air Balloon ride but yes, it is expensive and they do provide a certificate as well which shows that you successfully experienced and enjoyed this adventure. I remember that I spent a lot of time in checking on these tours but didn’t took any just because I don’t have any other company to go on it with me. I got another chance in Sweden when I was there in 2012 but just because of weather issues, my brother didn’t allowed me to take this ride.

Hot Air Balloon ride totally depends on weather conditions. Number of people travelling in a basket tied with a big balloon and moving in the air. Up and up in the air wowow it is not an easy ride to take. I am not that brave but I am sure I can do it. It would be so great to look at the surface from the basket. There is a different between watching the surface from a plane window and from hot air balloon. You can feel the fresh air passing through in Hot air Balloon ride plus the view will be wide and clear as compared to the plane view. This adventure will not be such an exclusive one but surely provide an excellent experience. The flight will give a whole new experience of watching the landscape below. It is a wonderful adventure for a photographer who loves nature, I do love nature but I am not a professional photographer but will definitely like to capture the sky moments.

If these Hot Air Balloon rides provide a certificate for completing these rides, it means it is some achievement in a life. The fear of height, bad weather and flying in the air, these things will surely improve a lot of characteristics in one’s personality. It is an expensive adventure which everyone cannot afford easily. It is my dream adventure and I hope someday, I would be able to achieve this dream by experiencing this wonderful adventure and sports.
