Decreasing brightness single handedly can take the damage of eye sight to lower.
Another good solution is use such a app that alarm you after every 20 min.You can a eye sight break

well people always remember they need to take a break, they just choose not to because of the important things they are doing on the computer
Hmm but I don't mean that kind of break.I just mean for 20 sec break from looking at screen that can relief their eyes from being fatigued.
