RE: The effect of computer and how i cope with it

Ohhhh I guess you don't know about the existence of reading glasses and glasses for gadgets, the effects of reading glasses is to make writings a big larger and increased font but computer glasses are used to prevent eye problems that can be caused by too much time on gadgets and phones...

The glasses are different bro, computer glasses have no effect to the eye it is just to protect you from the excessive Light rays illuminating from this devices..

Instead of having effect on the eye sight, the 👓 absorbs all the rays and radiations which occurs as a result of the Heating of the device which it's direct contact can damage some parts of the eye sight ..

That is to say, the glasses are shield to eyes against this harmful rays and not having any effect on the eyes..
After working on Your computer or phone you can take it off and it won't have any effect...
