In as much as I would have love to come from a large family, I mean a family of 8-10, I happen to come from a small and moderate family. A family of 5 in total including my parents. I am blessed with two awesome siblings, and i who happen to be the womb closer of my mum…
If only my parents decided to have another child after me, I would have been a happier man. I have always wanted a sibling, I mean having a younger sister has always been my long time dream, unfortunately for me it is now very impossible to have one. Must there be perks to having a small family?, in as much as there is love, care and affection in that household, everything is bound to get better and better. There’s unity amongst us siblings, little quarrels here and there but that doesn’t mean when you hurt one of us the others won’t come after you. The perks of having a small family is that there is enough love to go round, and most importantly there’s is communication and respect…
If i had a choice I would surely prefer a large family, I mean a family of seven or eight ain’t bad, but then the higher the numbers the bigger the responsibility and the smaller the resources available to cater for all, which is why this small family is okay. At least for a middle class man without an establishment yet, having a small family is the best option. No man wants to be choked with endless responsibilities…
Well, if money wasn’t a problem, I would have love to have a larger family. Having siblings here and there won’t be a bad idea. I have always wanted to be an older brother, so the more the siblings the merrier it is…
In conclusion, just as the saying goes; the more the merrier, I would definitely love to raise a larger family if money wasn’t a problem, a family of ten should be a good start, hahaha…
