Hello Everyone,
Everyone deserves to be treated fairly, with dignity and respect.
We live in a world of so many bias.
Gender equity means more than just a saying it is a fundamental human right. It talks about recognizing that everyone deserves equal opportunities, rights, and responsibilities, regardless of their gender, be it a male or a female.
To my understanding gender Equity is about creating a society where individuals can thrive without being limited by their gender. But what does this really mean in practice?

For women, gender equity means having the freedom or rights to make choices about their lives, bodies, and futures. It means being treated with respect and dignity, free from violence, harassment, and discrimination. When women are empowered, they can: Pursue education and careers without limitations, Women can chase their dreams and ambitions without being held back by societal expectations or biases.
For example a Lady can decide to Become a plumber, a president, a pastor or firefighter without any stereotype or bias.
They can Make informed decisions about their health and well-being, for example they can decide to Have no babies, or don't marry, or even worse they can decide to become a man.
And just like I said before, they can be allowed to Participate in leadership roles and shape their communities,
Unlike some countries that doesn't value women Leadership.
Women can take on leadership roles and contribute to decision-making processes that affect their communities and society as a whole.
They can Live without fear of violence or harassment.

Gender Equity for men.
For men, gender equity might actually mean changing traditional masculinity and embracing emotional expression, vulnerability, and empathy. It means being able to: become very emotional and vulnerable, without any manly Rigor.
Men would be able to Take on caregiving roles and prioritize family responsibilities, for examples they can switch from being the bread winner of that family, to taking the task of full house Husband/Wife lol
Men would be able to pursue non-traditional careers and interests without stigma.
So haven see what this actually means is that not all equity practices is good or should I say ethical.
For me I know myself, I am very religious person, and I strongly believe that God Created Man and Woman, and Gave them both responsibility to be fruitful and Multiply and take dominion over every living things,
Men have their responsibility as the provider of the House and the woman has responsibility to nurture, care and provide assistance in the home. This was exactly how God designed it.
Women who are married are subjected to submit to their husband and Husband are to love and provide for the family.

My parents has really taught me lesson of life, they all have their work and duties in our family, men has the duty of doing the hard stuffs at home and my sisters did the cooking at home, cleaning of the house.
This was how it was from generations to generations and everything worked.
Personally for me the woke agenda of Women being treated like men, would only cause immorality and all manner of lawlessness.
Although some necessary changes can be great. I remember a funny skit I watched some times back on YouTube, where some group of ladies were all pushing for the narrative of Gender Equity and Equality, they requested on their various placards that: ***Treat Women Equally with men*** another wrote on the placard that: ***Allow women: whatever a man can do, women can do better***, others wrote series of things too, so one guy drove down to where those ladies are and told them He have a men Job for them at a local mechanic shop another man in another car told them he is from the Army and He will love to recruit them to go and fight some Taliban in Afghanistan đ, most of the lady didn't join the army guy, they all joined the local mechanic guy that they really want to prove the men wrong, so they all went to work for the Mechanic but the afternoon of the day they started work , most of them stopped work, complaining they can't continue; engine oil was messing up their Nails and Make up lol, the next day all the ladies resigned from work and they all went to their various places.
This only shows to us Jokingly that truly there are some Jobs that can't be recommended for ladies, there are some duties we men will do regardless of the conditions, although this doesn't mean that men will undervalue women, women are one of the most beautiful people on Earth men should always know this and Honour them too.

Thank you and do have a lovely Weekendâ¤ď¸
Yes, everyone should be treated equally regardless of gender. And youâre right not all jobs can be done by women, as there are some types of work that some women may not be able to do. A typical example is mechanical work you mentioned. However, youâre also right that women have the right to pursue whatever career they want, whether itâs becoming a president or a governor. We should all be given that right.
You are so correct,
Thanks for coming around
