Global warming has been an issue for quite a long time now, it just seems like people don't care or they just don't understand how gravely important it is to care for our mother nature.
People greedily buy multiple amounts of cars, industries keeps releasing harmful chemicals to the atmosphere and we dispose our wastes out there all destroying the ozone layers.

The Topic of our prompt today let us reflect more and think deeply into a very sensitive and important issue.
Should a Family be limited to one car? Or are they permitted to have as much as possible amounts of Cars.

My answer is very simple and direct.
Every family should be limited to a Car. Depending on the type of Family, I would make an exemptions for extremely large family members.
Let me take Lagos Nigeria for example, Lagos as a state in Nigeria seems to be very busy, people bustling and hustling every now and then, one of the biggest challenge in Lagos is the reoccurring Traffic Jam or Go-Slow as it is popularly called in Nigeria.

People in Lagos have to wake up at extremely early hours just to meet up at their work place, it quite sad. The issue of Traffic Jam can easily be solved, if the government can limit the Cars on the road.
This is a very practical thing to do, if one family is limited to owning one car.
Everyone can easily enter a public transport.

I look at Lagos now, I saw how the government tried as much as possible to create alternative means of transportation, examples are implementing Trains, the ferry stations and BRT and Electric Buses everywhere.
But even with the efforts of the government a very high wave of Traffic jam still affects the people.
You see people owning a large numbers of cars.

Let's talk about the more concerning issues of Air pollution from the cars:

• Air Pollution: the gases released from these cars are harmful for us: for example Nitrogen Oxides and Carbon Dioxide can cause Respiratory problems like Asthma. Too much car means too much air pollution.
  It can also cause Smog to Form in the Atmosphere, release from cars like Carbon and Nitrogen Oxides can react with sunlight to form ground-level ozone, thereby causing Smogs.
• Climate Change all these harmful gases release to the atmosphere to cause a lot of issues with the climate: example is global warming, even the plants suffers.

Although there are alternatives to all this Petrol and Diesel engine cars. We now have Electric Cars and Other technology such as emission reduction techniques to counter such issues.
But we can still enforce the One car a family policy to reduce traffic jams and Accidents on the road.
Yes it might sound funny, but too much vehicles on the road can cause accidents too.

In conclusion: The advantages of limiting the numbers of cars out there overweights the disadvantages, we need to care for ourselves and Dear planet Earth, so for me, one family person car is a very welcome development.
