Wow, pounded yam? I love pounded yam! It's my favourite swallows. I prefer it with vegetable soup, though, but egusi works well too.

It's an expensive dish, really. Goat meat is expensive, and pounding isn't easy. And yam can be expensive sometimes.

You know how to enjoy life indeed.
