The lack of ethics and morals will be the end of us.

Hello, everyone.

Welcome to my blog and another wonderful edition of the Hive Learner's featured post. We are all humans, and our way of understanding things differs from one individual to another, which makes it really difficult to deal with humans. Something you see and overlook, another will see and want to dwell on, and not minding how long it will take or what it will cost, they are willing to go to any length to prove their point. Sometimes I don't blame people with small circles; having to deal with a lot of people will result in a lot of stress, and humans are very difficult to deal with. Sometimes humans can fight for things not worth fighting for; sometimes you see humans fighting over an issue a simple dialogue or word of mouth would have resolved.

One of the many reasons why dealing with humans seems like a difficult thing to do is because of the different morals and ethics people believe in. When your ethics and that of another individual varies it becomes very difficult for both of you to deal successfully without a fall out or an issue coming up. The same thing goes for morals: when your personal beliefs and those of another varies it takes a lot of understanding between both parties for the relationship, friendship, or business to work out. Your morals might point to something being wrong, and theirs might point to it being right, and from there the chaos will start.

Morals and ethics help us to navigate through our everyday lives. To handle complex and difficult situations, we need both morals and ethics; one alone might not be able to handle the situation, which makes having both in our lives as individuals very important.

Morals and ethics, I will say, are more like guidelines; they are guidelines that help to keep us in line and ensure we do not go around doing the wrong thing. I don't know if I should say morals and ethics are those things we do, rules we stand by that help us act right. Morals are like personal beliefs and values that you hold tight, and they help detect how you behave, things you engage in, and things you try not to engage in since your morals point to those things as the wrong things to engage in.

While ethics are like standing rules or guidelines that direct us on how to behave or react in any given situation,. Morals and ethics are used interchangeably, though they mean different things, but in all, they are still guidelines that help us stay on track.

So now to the question of the day: should ethics and morals be considered when making the country's law? My stance on this is yes, ethics and morals should actually be brought into consideration when making laws in the country. Not all unethical things should be completely overlooked because someone was not harmed or because there was no crime committed. One thing we need to understand is that there is always someone that suffers from every unethical behavior. Whenever someone goes against ethics or morals, there is someone else at the receiving end.

Not considering ethics and morals when making laws gives room to a bit of lawlessness, and also the laws made without considering ethics and morals do not really carry any weight. Allowing people to do whatever they want as long as no crime was committed and no one was hurt, it is only a matter of time before they start going beyond the set limit. It's one thing with humans: a little space and they are out looking for more.

This issue on dealing with humans is what I am currently trying so hard to avoid. I just want my circles to be small , because I cannot be explaining what is not .

Just because something isn’t a crime doesn’t mean it’s right. Morals and ethics help us know the difference. They guide how we treat others and live together. So yes, they should be part of the process when making laws, or else the laws may not truly serve the people.

Exactly, when morals and ethics are not considered the law will just be there but won't really serve.
