One sad thing about this world that many people don't realize or maybe - are ignorant of, is the fact that everything we do is risky. Right from the time we started the race of fertilization, it got very risky. what if the body's defense mechanisms eliminated us like other sperm cells?
Life is filled with a lot of risks. Going out is risky, staying in the bed all day is risky, not using your personal protective equipment when attending to a patient is risky, eating is risky, swimming is risky, sky diving is risky, driving is risky, marriage is risky, raising children is risky, even being alive is risky because we will not get out alive.

There was one TV show i do watch in GOTV many years ago. Its titled 1000 ways to die. The first day i watched that show, I became very aware and alert of my surrounding because anything can happen at anytime.
However, irrespective of the risks attached to life, we still pursue our dreams in hopes ton make a better place for us and our children.
Most of us are familiar with the popular saying - "what does not kill you will only make you stronger." Welp, this is very true when it comes to life and risking things. You may fail, but that doesn't mean its the end.
The most recent risk i took was when i did revenge trading. Revenge trading is, for example, when you fail to predict the market moves and you end up losing your money. Instead of you to back down and learn from your mistakes, you decide to enter the market again, thus, allowing your emotions to lead you. At this moment, all you have in your head is "I want to make back the money i lost."
Inarguably, you will make back the money you lost, but it would not be at that time because there are lots of emotions clouding your judgement, and execution. At this point, instead of trading the market, you will be gambling the market.
I was a victim of this type of thing. I saw my set ups. Good demand zone, a support below, I saw a good entry signal and i entered. Instead of setting my TP and SL, i set only SL in hopes that i will trail stop my trade to maximize the profit. Greed.
The trade was going my way, but all of a sudden, news came and i lost the trade after it went up to the place i would have set my TP, and price came down to hit my SL.
Welp, i chested it and decided to log off, but then, instead of my to follow the angel that told me to log off, I decided to follow the devil that told me to revenge trade. The higher the risk, the higher the reward, says my mind.

I gave in, opened the charts but i was not seeing any good entry, so, i went down to 1min time frame. With no analysis, i took a huge risk of entering trades without a stop loss. I gained a lot, but after a while, my gains were taken away. I got a margin call around 3am and that was how my money went. Every single dollar just flew into thin air.
I learnt my lessons though. The wise make a calculated risk and make plans on how to leave if things go south, However, the unwise risks without a plan.
this is my entry for hive learners prompt.
Thank you for reading.

very much welcome sir.
This statement was your undoing. I'm sorry about your loss, but I'm sure you learned something and next time you will take a more calculated risk.
Yes, i actually learnt something.
