This time around I am trying to avoid promising people anything because I promise and break always , lol, life happens and I can't just control certain things, yet, I have the desire to do certain things for people but unfortunately , I can't meet up sometimes and thus break my promises ...the ones I break to my children has no valid reason oo..lol, even before I make some promise to them, I already know I will break it but for me to breath well from their troubles , I will just make the promise biko ..lol

Yes. Yes. Parents are the most guilty people in this field of making promises, lol.
Let’s just try to minimize how much we make promises as much as possible and just do what we know is good for ourselves and others.
