𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐁𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐊 2 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 [𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝟏]

Greetings everyone, welcome to the second edition of the @newbies-hive initiativeTeam leader's report. The newbie's program keeps getting better in equipping its participants with the needed knowledge to strive on this Blockchain. So today, I will be giving my weekly report for team 1 members as regard their task.

TASK REVIEW

The second task were all about the application of markdown styles and the use of tags tutored by @samostically. The lecture took place in the smile discord server and Samostically took his time in explaining the importance of using the appropriate tags on our posts. You can find the link to the tutorial here. From the task submitted by my amiable members, I saw that most of them have a clear understanding of the tutorial and I am very much impressed 👍.

MY TEAM MEMBER'S PERFORMANCE REVIEW

In my last report, I presented a total number of 9 members in my team but due to health issues, one of my team members will no longer be participating in this learning phase. So for now, I am left with 8 active members. Before I give you their overall performance, kindly find below my team members and the link to their completed tasks.

So far so good, team 1 members have been doing an awesome Job. They have been approaching the task to the best of their knowledge and that is commendable. I see the zeal in most of them to learn, I receive a bunch of their questions in my Dm via discord and that's proof that they are eager to know more. None of my members did a late entry submission of their task 2 and I am proud of them👌👍

Having said that, I discovered that some of them didn't apply the markdown styles as was taught, so, I took my time to reach out to those concerns so they can put more effort into learning the markdowns, at least to make use of some* of the markdowns in their post 👌. Engagement is another aspect some didn't do too well last week but a few did an amazing job in that aspect*.

As a team leader, I will encourage my members to please do well to apply all that they were taught in this learning phase..it will be worth it in the end! You guys are doing great already but you can do better in unleashing the giant within 🥳😍.

TEAM WINNER🏆/PRIZE

Wow, this part was so difficult for me to select who the winner is. This is because, all my team members approached task 2 handsomely well but, after a thorough assessment, @depressedfuckup was chosen as the winner for task 2 🎉🎉🥳 . So congratulations and please do well to step up your game in engagement as well👍😇. @theycallmewell, @justfavour, and a @floraada, you guys are doing well in engagement, I see all that, and I am super proud of you all😍❤️💕💖

So for the prize, a 10% beneficiary to this post goes to @depressedfuckup for emerging the winner in task 2.

SUMMARY/APPRECIATION

This is my assessment of my team members and should Incase you find any error, please don't hesitate to draw my attention 👏

I will love to appreciate all my team members for the effort they are putting into ensuring that they carry out this task, once again Weldon my people ❤️, keep doing great individually and collectively👍
