Hello
Hive Learners !

Speaking for myself, I can't live without my mobile phone. The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is check my phone. I consider this a bad habit. I shouldn't be doing this. These days, I've noticed that we spend the whole day glued to our phones. Some people even play games all the time, which is absolutely not a good thing. It's ruining people's future. But I would say that we need to change our habits. Nowadays, even while eating, during family gatherings, or when having meals with our families, we sit separately with our phones, isolating ourselves from our families. This is robbing us of precious moments with our loved ones. We need to set some rules for ourselves, like not using our phones during certain times when we are with our families.
Problem
The point is, we use our mobile phones all the time. Even when we sit down to eat with our families, we're still on our phones. We don't give our families any time at all. It's like we've given everything to our mobile phones. We don't pay attention to anything else besides our phones. Many family members are the same; they're always on their phones and don't pay any attention to the family. Even when we're with our families for a short time, we're on our phones, which prevents us from building a strong bond with them, and as a result, our relationships lack warmth and closeness.
Small Solution
I know that giving up your mobile phone is very difficult. We've become so used to being with our phones all day. We give our phones so much importance, as if they were a family member, but in doing so, we're neglecting our relationships with our actual family. A solution to this problem is to put away our phones only when we are with our family. For example, when we're sitting down to eat a meal together or attending a family function. This will strengthen our family bonds and help us break our habit of constantly being on our phones. By setting a fixed time for using our phones, we can achieve great results.
Whether there is a violation of rights or not.
You should never force anyone to do anything. Similarly, temporarily putting your phone away shouldn't be considered a violation. If you want to break a habit, it should be your own decision. You can't break a habit by being forced; it will never work. So, make a conscious decision to keep your phone away from yourself for a while. This will help you break your bad habit. You'll be able to spend time with your family and understand them better, which is a wonderful thing. Keep your phone away from yourself while eating. You'll feel much better.
Conclusion
These days, mobile phones are essential for everything, but nothing is more important than friends and family. You can only build strong relationships with your family if you understand them. Taking a break from your phone, even for a short time, can strengthen your relationships. So, take some time out to sit and spend time with your loved ones.

We are prisoners of our phones. The good part is that the phone also helps us.
