The Struggles of Tenants in Searching for a House.

Rent is one of the things to look well into because, whether we like it or not, we need a space to rest. Just like how food is very important, rent is also very, very important. As we can't do without eating, we can't do without having a place of our own either. Certainly everyone cannot afford to build a house; that is where house rent comes in.

If you can't build a house, you should be able to rent a house.Meanwhile, it is good to know that renting an apartment comes with a lot of things. You can't just rent an apartment. There is what to look for and what not to look for. To begin with, some houses are affordable and some are not affordable; starting from the landlord, they are so strict with their prices. They have rules and regulations and so on. But the landlords are not as brutal as the agent. Some of the times the agent fee is more expensive than the house fee. And this goes a long way to make the house too expensive.

Funny enough, you don't have a choice but to go through an agency; you can't find the owner of the house by yourself. You have to go through someone to get an apartment.If you are finding an apartment, you will have to pay house rent, agency fees, agreement fees and damages fees. Imagine paying house rent for $250, agency and agreement for $300, and damages for $100. That is estimated at $650. Just recently I was transferred from where I was working to another place. Meanwhile, I already had to look for another place to rent because the journey from my workplace to my house is like 100 km. So looking for an apartment was like hell. Another thing to know is that living in the rural area is completely different from urban areas. That's exactly what I faced. Where I'm working now is so different, and it's so expensive.

Till now I'm still on the run for a house and yet to even see the place I need to rent because I can't meet the demand yet.We all have different things we look out for when renting an apartment; as for me, I need the major things, like the place must be good-looking, there must be water running in the place I need to rent, and the power supply is also very important.

In fact, this is the first thing I always look for. I once suffered for power supply until I bought solar for myself. I'm an online worker, so I need a power supply all the time. These are things I'm always looking for, but to see all these things in one place, you must be ready to pay a lot of money.I don't have problems staying with the landlord or any tenants, inasmuch as they don't trespass.

Some tenants don't like to live with their landlord or even have their landlord living any closer to them, but my case is different. I don't have a problem with anyone. I will only have a problem with you if you put your mouth in my matter or trespass.
