The Rise of Remote Work and it's Effect on physical jobs.

Remote work has become attractive and very important to people, because of its benefits. There are so many things a remote work will do for you that normal physical work will not do for you, given for example. When you have a remote work, you don't need to have a fixed place for you to work as you can be anywhere at anytime, unlike a normal job you have an office and so on like that, when you so a remote job you can be working in Canada and be in UK or even travel to any African countries in as much you have what it takes to do it.

No doubt that the benefits of remote work can not be overemphasised. You do not need to be worried about most things, given for instance jumping buses most of the time and spending a lot of money on transportation, jumping buses alone can make you sick, because I'm talking from experience. Having a remote work, you will be able to balance and perform your duties whenever you need it, also having your own freedom is also very important. You will have your own freedom in as much you are doing what you suppose to do. This is what a physical work did not have, you can not have the ability to do whatever things you want. In fact if you are not at work and the superior gots to know you will be queried for that.

So the real question is what will happen to the jobs that makes people to leave the house ? The simple answer is nothing will to them. In fact I will say that we need more remote works in the country, if there are so many available remote work, then the physical jobs will also increase their standards, but because there is no availability of remote work the physical jobs dominate everywhere and treated their own workers as nothing, starting from the prices they pay the workers, if there is enough remote jobs then they will start paying people who is leaving their home and go to office higher pays. Also they will give them their maximum respect.

Some supervisor doesn't care at all, even when you are sick they still want you to come to work by all means, but the moment there are availability of remote work, they will treat their workers with care and respect as they will know that once they leave it will be hard to get another worker who will be leaving their house.

Physical work can be so annoying sometimes, you will not know until you get one, should we talk about the jumping of buses or not even having your own time when you needs it? All these will reduce if there are more available remote works in the country.

So in summary, nothing will happen to the jobs that people leave their house to do than they will start to value them and give them exactly what they need, meanwhile not all jobs can be online, like workers at the hospital, the military and so on like that.
