I remembered when I was small my parents knows a lot of harbs, so instead of giving us drugs we take harbs that will boost our immune system and not makes us sick instead.

I learned a lot from making harbs to cure maleria and if you say it doesn't work, well probably you don't know how to cook it or believe in it. I will say that harbs works so well.

So now that I'm an adult, I also makes these harbs and learn a lot about it, especially if you are someone that doesn't like to use drugs. Not condemning drugs because I also take drugs and injections if need be.

So today I make harbs for me and my family to take because the weather is making most of us sick.

Here are things I put together to make these harbs.

  • I went to the farm to get lemon grass, it is called (ewe tea) in my language.

  • I also get, beater leaf (ewuro)

  • I got ginger, I bought that actually and it cost me 50 cents.

  • I get lime in the farm (oronbo)

  • And lastly I put pawpaw leaf (ewe ibepe)

All these together inside one pot, and put it on fire, after that I put (omidun) farmented corn water. Note you can also use ordinary water but farmented corn water also works for a lot of things.

After everything I boiled it for forty minutes, while boiling it will bring out nice scents that's when you will know that it's cooking well. So after forty minutes I off the gas. Then you will realized everything has mixed together and you are ready to go.

You can take half cup in the morning and in the night, this will make you energized and boost your immune system very well, this will also fight against maleria.
