RE: TRAVEL, TRANSFORM AND THRIVE

Ha!!

Ha and Ha!! What can I say??? You made me feel like a outcast initially when you said humans are social beings(: … I am the most unsocial and distanced person on earth, less distanced than before though.

And I can never have meaningful relationships and infact I am closeted in toxic relationships, I want to shield myself from.

But inbetween for a few years in my 30’s I travelled and yess, it changes you, it changed me. You do eat different food, you see new places, have new experiences and even have interactions. It’s opens up your mind!

I travelled and stayed all alone in a roach infested hotel, just to check out lake region. I travelled in places vibrant with lovers in the park, all alone again just to explore.

What I learned is… you learn to be comfortable with yourself, accept yourself, open up, take charge of your life, be responsible, be comfortable in your skin!

For me travel is never a easy option because for women travelling alone is unsafe so family thinks… so I don’t have the freedom!

Ha… now I can’t travel…no money, no time, but even then I am glad for the travel I did. I even trekked and when I trekked I was actually old also 31… it was hard but I managed to climb the submit, small hill landscape! Then I never could trek, again restrictions, time contraints, pressures of life.

So… I can’t travel much… but I can vouch that having good people around you is good, and travelling with good companions is good as well..

I emphasise this same point in the article I written where Bilbo baggins, his journey doing an adventure, stepping out of his comfort zone as he did in the hobbit. I think you will like it.

As for me – I am very unsocial, I can’t maintain relationships, I are not lonely I was earlier, and rarely I meet and greet people but only select people who understand I am isolated because of some discomfort and don’t push.

I never had my social and coping skills built up because I had childhood issues. But it don’t matter. The social media connects me with others though which I chat with like minded people, share stories, so I am not completely isolated I guess. They actually like conversing with me!

Now, instead of travelling I want to change society – climate change, make society better, instill positivity for my future generation, so they travel and enjoy life as free humans! I hope I can do something, always aspire too! Because places are not as nice as before destroyed due to pollutions, tree cutting and dirty tourist pollution.

I actually got a travel writer tag in Hive you know – I am identified as a excellent travel writer, but very limited time experience. It’s wonderful writing travel blogs, reliving that experience with the picture and here only I connected with so many people, of different nationalities too.

But now I don’t know what sort of writer I am… I was web3 writer untill I am not able to write that well on web3 this year, I am picking up though. I don't want to lose that tag, even if I lost tag of being a travel writer!

Anyway…

You said so much and I have so much to say too but I will just say the summary of what is on my mind.

Traveling is good, meeting people is beautiful and even more beautiful when you meet those people that can stay. But then, sometimes we are not so fortunate to meet the ones that are willing to stay and we tend to give up.

I believe your age is an advantage for you to even reach out to people than stay in your space enjoying it all alone. But it’s totally fine if that’s the choice you’ve made for yourself.

Thank you so much for this comment, it’s a pleasure having you stop by.
