It's the most wonderful time of the year!!! It is a time when we get to make the most memorable moments, moments we will keep with us for the rest of our lives.
It's also the time when we get to spend quality time with our loved ones, Create a stronger bond, and just be happy and merry. I so much love the festive season, from the Christmas decorations on the road to the songs ( even tho it gets annoying sometimes, hahaha). I just love the festive season so much.
I love the holidays because I get to spend a lot of time with my family and close friends I haven't seen for a while. I love and value family time together so it's always a big deal for me whenever I get to spend time with my loved ones.
Since I won't be traveling, I've made plans with my sisters to go out and just have fun. After all, we won't be seeing each other for a very long time next year.
I was listening to the radio some days ago and the host said there's nothing special about Christmas. I shouted No!!! At the top of my voice lol.
It's the only season where we get enough time to spend with our loved ones, and it's also the birth of our savior and lord Jesus Christ, so it's more than special.

I'm in school, and my holidays will be starting on the 20th of this month, so I might go home on or before the 20th, depending on how serious the lecturers are.
Honestly, I think my holidays have started already, hehe, although I've been crazy busy with classes and assignments; I just feel like as long as we are in December, then it's the holidays.
Since the beginning of this year, I initially had plans of traveling and spending Christmas alone exploring other states in Nigeria ( this has been on my bucket list for a while now).
Holidays are now a little too boring for me because most of my siblings are far away, and almost everyone has a plan to either travel or do one thing or the other.
I decided not to travel anymore because my sis, who is a pharmacist, said she would be traveling home for the holiday. She works in Benin, and that's quite far from home, so we only get to see her during the Christmas holidays. I mean we need to catch up and make some memorable moments.
Just the day before yesterday, she was supposed to come home but she couldn't make it because she was robbed at the park. They collected her phone, her box, certificates, and just everything she had with her. She's not herself right now and is not willing to travel home again which I understand. Since she might not be coming around, I honestly don't want to go home, too, because it would be too boring for me. I was looking forward to seeing her and spending quality time with her. I just hope and wish she changes her mind and comes home for the holidays.
Right now, Hive is my only job, and I think I love it because of how flexible it is. Guess what? I can work and still have fun and also spend quality time with my family, so it's a win-win for me. So yh! If you're wondering if I'll be working during the holidays, the answer is a big yes, hehe.
Anyway, it's been a while since I last posted here, so I'm very excited that I have at least a little spare time for Hive; I never knew I could miss Hive this much 😊 "Feels good!!" To be back! (In Henry Danger's voice hehe)
Thanks for reading, and have a jolly merry Christmas 🎄 🎁 (did I put that statement right 😂) anyways, have a wonderful holiday ❤️😊
Being a student definitely add some strings to holidays, schools are always very Stingy when it comes holidays and lecturers will stop at nothing until they squeeze every bit of free time out of every student.
Times like this in Nigeria, everyone needs to be careful because the rising spate of robbery is always alarming. I'm just glad she is fine.
Like!!! Thank God we will be going for break soon sef
Yes oo, one just has to be careful since it's the festive season too
