Surrogacy have been a pattern of childbirth in this modern age which a lot of couples you use surrogacy as a part of conception. Are the world is advancing into modern facility and usage. I will take a minute to throw more light on surrogacy. Surrogacy is when a couple who have not achieved fertilization or who do no want to give birth on their own by choice, decide to arrange for another mother who is the surrogate to have their baby and at the point of birth the baby will be giving back to the actual parents who will train his child, these actual parents are also refers to as intended parents. Most of the times when couples agree or arrange for surrogacy are always when they have tried several years to actualize conception and it fell they may be left with the only option of doing surrogacy. As a midwife I have witnessed a lot of situation where couples demand for surrogacy as a way of actualizing conception. And most times surrogacy are medical advice to couples who order method of conception have failed.

In the field of medicine we have witnessed and seen a lot of outcome of surrogacy and as a matter of facts, as we are gradually advancing fully into a modern world the rate at which infertility are in the society is going to reduce dramatically. The chances of surrogacy to fell is actually very low at the range of accuracy of 80% effectively, and the probability of surrogacy which is performed correctly to fell is 20% therefore with surrogacy a lot of cases of infertility will be tackled and if possible reduced from the society. The first one is gestational surrogacy and the normal traditional surrogacy. Talking about traditional surrogacy this is where the surrogate carries the fetus and whereby her own ovum is being fertilized by the intended father's sperm and the surrogate mother we carry the fetus to them deliver the child and hand it over to the intended parents. Another way is the gestational surrogacy whereby the intended parents produces their ovum and sperms cell, which will be fertilized and the embryo is created and later it will be implanted into the surrogate mother uterus for her to carry the fetus and deliver the child...

Therefore, in situations whereby surrogacy is the only option of conception for me, I can engage in surrogacy but then it will be a gestational surrogacy, whereby my sperm cell and my partners ovum will be use to create an embryo or our descendant, by this way the child will have the same genetic makeup with I and the mother.. Surrogacy is an option and the world which is advancing into modern space should embrace surrogacy..
