When is the Right Time ?

Hello Hive Learners community been awhile have written here i saw the contest post about what age should kids have their own phone i have an experience with some of my aunty kids then i would like to share a topics regarding that hope you get to
Listen and tell me your thoughts about it.

It was their 14th Year Birthday Celebration their parent decided to gives them a birthday present it was a brand new smartphone they were so happy having these new smartphone as a birthday present.

But what their parent didn't know the beginning of the smartphone also was beginning of their unseriousness they were children that their parents was being proud on they always carry 1st in their exam been punctual each time they came back from school after everything they always went and do some reading before going to bed.

One certain day one of the kids forgot to switch the phone off before leaving for school a call came in and behold or was save as My Love the mom went to pick up her daughter phone and saw these she was angry and picked the call upon hearing the voice she knew it was a guy voice she spoke a hell of a word towards the person and the person quickly cut the call she waited for the two kids to come back and also reported the issue to her husband they were both sitting down on the parlor the two kids came back and greeted their parent she confronted the girl and asked who is this
Person you saved with my love the girl was overwhelmed with fear and didn't know what to say or react at that moment she was scared the mom shouted at her to speak up she started confessing she met him on social media and from them on they kept talking and talking after hearing all these their phone was seized the father was so angry but as a man of the house he called the two of them and speak to them the danger involved in talking to a stranger online and even went as far as telling them how it dangerous after the lecture he grounded them and seized their phone while the mom on the other was still so mad and angry at the daughter.

Here is where I come in a kid of 14 years old isn't it dangerous for them to use a phone this phone of a thing now we see different kind of stuff in it such as pornography, unsafe content and so many things I feel for starting they should be using a small phone rather than a big phone when they get to their independent years old they can divert to a bigger one reason while is at that young age they need to be thought the danger involved in using of smartphone and what kind of content one can meet online normally a kid is supposed to have a phone to reach family but I would rather say not a browsing phone a calling one only at that age we can't be too sure about them or how do the saying goes but that my intake on this.
