First, let me stop the author in one place: I wouldn't dare give a robot a privilege over taking care of my kids. No, lol. That's a serious danger. Robots have limitations on what they can do, and sometimes, they tend to malfunction unexpectedly.

This reminds me of a movies incane across on tik Tok I have forgotten the movie name but in the scene a family came across an old apartment more like the wife wanted a special house for anniversary the husband move the family over there and see the house is an old house special while going through the house they discover the house is like a tech house they love it and go deeper into the basement and discover there is a old robot there the son tends to fix it and lol and behold they brought the robot to Life one thing was certain the robot had a human face like and was good at everything she is been order to do and also you remember I said the house was like a tech house the robot was connected to all the house cctv camera downstairs, livingroom, basement and all you could think the family as happy they came across a treasure and wanted to keep it but u know to them the robot was not so simple like that according to history the robot used to be a female human she died of cancer the love the husband had for her he turned her into a robot and he doesn't want her to depart from his life and as time goes he got married with another woman and the robot was jealous and killed her and the husband and as being trapped ever since in that house for Fifty good years.

The wife of the family discovers this secret and tries to warn her husband but the husband plays dead to the warning showing ignorance to whatever the wife is saying the robot notices the wife is acting a little different and tries killing her several the husband catches on to these and now they have to fight for their survival against the robot.

I didn't get to watch till the end due to it was a short movie posted on TikTok, my point is robots shouldn't be entrusted to stay with our kids or take care of them for any reason if robots win the love of my kids then why am I a parent in the first place is my one and only duty to train my kids put them in the right path they ought to follow and be proud as a father for that.

In conclusion disagree with the idea robots helping us there are limitations on what they should and not do
I believe can make that clearer.
