What Happens When The Office Comes Home?

Huhm, I don't even know how best to tackle this, and I say that because I happen to be a lover of remote jobs. And I believe you will agree with me that a lot of people are more interested in it than in on-site jobs. It is just the truth, the largest number of us prefer a work that would only require us to work from the comfort of our homes. Just wake up, pick up your laptop, and just began to work on your bed, in your sitting room or while even attending to some other things.

Now if this continues then a good number of work will at the end of the day also be given to people who can handle them online. I mean all of this companies and all would definitely have a lot more empty office spaces since most of this roles have been filled up by remote workers. Then meetings would be done virtually, and the only concern of employers would be that this remote workers be able to deliver in their various fields or whatever it is they are employed or hired to do, no one worries if someone is closing late or early or in office or absent.

Not as if offices won't exist, nah, offices won't disappear completely because there are still some jobs that requires a physical person. Take for instance the teaching job, even though we now have virtual classes and all, still a teacher will always be needed, talk fo doctors too, they will always be needed on seat most of the time, talk of construction workers, mechanics, cleaners, drivers and such, they will always be needed in their organization settings as they physical presence is always important for a good job.

Now, if more work becomes remote and more people are now working from home, believe me it won't affect an organization, yeah, since they have people they employ, they're not just physically present or in their offices but they are doing their jobs effectively.

Now, who and what do I think it will affect, what I feel it will affect mostly is other businesses, especially those businesses that have been built around those office works. The likes of the transportation business, yes, drivers who depends so much on carrying workers to and from from work wouldn't get such like before again. Restaurants who as well depend on office workers to come over for food or snacks would see them no more as well, those and more are those people and businesses I feel will be affected.

I just love the freedom and idea about having to work from him. Your office is right there in your home and you can do everything from the comfort of it. You don't have to worry about so many things. You're home, ain't spending a dime on transport, ain't worried about early morning or late night traffic, ain't stressed from going up and down in the office and all of that.

Work before has everything to do with leaving your home and going to an actual place of work, but today that has changed, you can be at home and be at work at the same time. And like I said earlier, some office work or job will still be needed, we can't take that out, people will still be needed to work physically. So, I just feel we need to find a balance so that both can exist.
