About trusting one's instinct, well to me it's not always like that, not as if I don't have times in which I trust my instincts and dona so say's, but there are also times I sit to think things through and view possible outcomes.
Not always, but that's just the kind of person I am at times, I sit, think, weigh the options, consider possible outcomes, the what ifs, and all, that's why you won't always see me jumping into things when I haven't taken my time to think it through.

And judging from the above, you will very well understand to that I'm saying that there are as well times that I go ahead and just follow my instincts without a second thought. There are times that even after giving my time to think about something, and I feel its best to go a certain way, m instincts will be against it, and push me im a different direction. And on the long run, you will find me giving in to my instincts and in the end, it will come out a success.
I honesty do not know how it works, sometimes it just comes as ... This is wrong, use this, follow that... And such. Funniest part is, even in situations where I'm supposed to really take my time to think and be sure of a thing, that's when you will see me following my instincts without thinking twice about it.
Like I said earlier too, there are times after a lot of thinking I feel this is the right way to go and the best choice to make, but my gut feeling will just come in and suggest the opposite, and most of the time , I end up following my gut feeling.
What I'm thankful for is that most of the time it works for me. I have avoided a lot of problems, casualties, accident's, failures and a lot more all because I followed my instincts. I'm not saying I don't get it wrong at times too, I'm just saying that more often than not listening to my gut feeling has made situations turned out better, and turned out the right way than I expected or imagined.
And as I've said, there are times it has failed me, and that is because in certain situations when we feel our instincts are against a certain thing it most time because or most time born out of fear, failures, past experiences, assumptions, track records, what we see online, what others say and all.. so when any of that is the case, we just follow our instincts.
Even while making decisions about crypto, investments, finances and such, my instincts has always done the most part of my decisions

And about relating and dealing with people, my instincts have saved me countless number of times. If I meet someone and I notice I don't feel comfortable around them, I naturally withdraw. I really don't know how, but when it happens, I don't force things, I just allow it. So, in my dealings with people my instincts has helped me, sometimes telling me that this friendship won't last, or this relationship won't end well... But then, there are times that I'm actually right, and sometimes I'm wrong.
So, I trust my instincts and I allow it take over at times, but there are times I actually take m time to think things through, weigh my options and decide on what to do. So, while it instinct is valuable, we should as well pair it with thinking things through sometimes.

Biggy thanks 🙏
That is the funny thing about instinct, it manifest in different ways. The fact that you chose to think things through before making a decision, you think that is not your instinct? Instinct is the totality of what we use our minds for? Our decision making process, is all a byproduct of our instincts.
