If public health it was better than the private one there would be no problem that people attended forced, but since it is not, there is where the entire conflict lies. Health must be free and quality for every human being, it is a universal right, and governments always want to take advantage and dividends with that.
You are absolutely right. The problem is when the people involved in taking over public service are corrupt.
Health is a business, as arguing with a friend recently: they put tags to certain sectors of the population to change the topology of diseases and be able to sell more medications ... Wild capitalism and pure corruption.
