thats an interesting way to put it, glue that holds families together every day, it's smart to think of dinner as a regular gathering where everyone shares stories and relaxes a little. I think banning phones during dinner and taking turns cleaning up or clearing the table makes everything fairer and more fun, even when schedules get crazy 😉

This point about the phone is really important and I even forgot to mention it in the text. But it's not prohibited, however, there is a common sense most of the time not to use it during dinner.
