Recently people around me have been saying one thing, I have changed. Those closest to me started saying it a couple of months back, then I thought it was just about how it relates to them, but recently even those at my workplace casually say it and it made me take a step back to really reflect. I discovered that the change they all talk about wasn’t something achieved overnight, some do not like the change, some love the change, but the honest truth is I never knew how much I was changing until I started seeing the little growth which is a result of continuous impact. The impacts are not really big, in fact, they are relatively small, but when the small things become many, they tend to make up the majority and that is simply what I am currently experiencing that has made others notice the change.

I started this year with one thing in mind, “growth”. I do not want to end the year the same way I ended last year and this has made me push myself to what I thought was my limit only to discover I could actually go further. The more I went further the more I discovered I could do even more and now I am doing things that I could only dream and fantasize about some months back, I can boldly walk into certain rooms to talk and I would be listened to because of the value I am giving. For example I made the decision to write every single day for 1 year in 2024, I tried but somehow failed along the line, but then I managed to write for a majority of that year at least 85%. In 2025, I made that resolution and I almost did it only to miss one day. I ended up missing a total of three or four days in 2025. But then it did something in me, it changed my attitude to writing and I unknowingly cultivated the habit of writing everyday.

The difference between my writing in 2025 and now is that I do not just write to fill up days, I actually put out content every single day. In the good days, the bad days, the awful days, when I am sick, when I am well, when I am depressed, there is almost no emotion I haven't used to write. This has made everyone around me automatically know that I must write every single day and they now even ask when they do not see me writing of which majority of the time, I have already written. This has also helped me achieve a goal I thought would be hard, I was barely around 1000 HP when I started the year because I had to withdraw a lot of my HP in the past, all I wanted to reach in 2026 was 3000 HP and I would have been satisfied, but currently I am well on my way to 5000 HP. This is just a tip of the ice compared to my current 2026 progress, and this is not because I am doing so well, if I must even admit I am tired 99% of the time, But the fact is that the little changes the little decisions, the little attitudes are paying off and I hope to achieve even more as we reach the last quarter of the year 2026.

That's a good one indeed putting out a post daily despite offline engagements is a tough nut to crack.
