Some power bring more destruction

Great power comes to great responsibilities. If a person is holding powerful position, he must use the power to do something better for the people, for the betterment of society, for the betterment of the country, and overall, for the betterment of the world. At least we expect such kind of thing. From those people who hold such a powerful position, I mean who have the veto power. The people who have the veto power can overturn the rule and can take major actions. If we check the President of America, China and Russia, it's enough to give an example of it. Those powerful countries president has the veto power and can overturn things easily. And that's why, depending on the decisions of those countries’ president can create impact in world economy, and overall world need to face the consequences for their decision.

Now the question is whether it's okay for some countries to have veto power. In my opinion, this nothing is 100% pure and nothing is 100% corrupted. It means everything has its own advantages and disadvantages and in case of veto power it’s also the same. The thoughts of everyone is not the same and doesn’t matter how good a decision is, there will be someone who will remain against the decision and for such a bold but good step that can do good for people to refrain from being implemented or delayed being implemented. So, when someone has veto power, the person can use it to impairment using the veto power.

Let’s talk about the negative side of veto power. Suppose the person holding the veto power is not good person and wants to use the power for his own advantage. He may not care about the general people and in that case veto power can bring destruction for people. There are many psychos in this world, and they get such a power and for the world they can bring trouble and I am sure nobody wants to see such a thing. So, what is actually good.

I know that without veto power good progress can be slowed down or will never be implemented and it’s not a good thing. But I think that the person who has the veto power doesn’t represent everyone’s thoughts or opinions. Veto powers are limited withing few people and they can do whatever they want to do. If all the people with veto power are getting advantages, they will be ready to use the veto power for their own advantage while majority of people who don’t have veto power can suffer for it.

Just observe the current wars of recent years and it will be enough to give a clear picture. Whenever it’s about war or major decisions, the most powerful countries are taking all of those and ridiculously all of those decisions are beneficial for those countries where it can be a huge blow for those countries that are not powerful. In fact, I personally feel that those powerful countries consider other countries as future threat and make the situation like that those countries stay under them. I don’t think that those countries presidents think about all the countries, but their decisions make impact in the whole world, and all countries need to face the consequences of it and it’s not fair for those countries who didn’t take part in making decisions. So, I don’t support the veto power, and I think that if it’s in a good hand it can bring prosperity but when it’s in wrong hand, the destruction is too much. I can accept slow prosperity, but I don’t want the destruction.
