Confidence, it's not so difficult either

Confidence is very important for everyone. Whenever we try to do something we need to be confident at least. Confidence is the strong believe of us that tells us that we can do it. That's why it is said that the more confident we are, the more chances of success can increase. Confidence don't come from itself. They are always have a solid reason behind confidence. Sometimes it can be experience, sometimes it can be knowledge and sometimes it can be the thoughts of a person. The socal confidence that comes without having any reason is called overconfidence and have aur confidence can be the reason of failure because we cannot understand our weakness if we become overconfident.

Practice a thing again and again help us not to repeat mistakes as longest as we are ready to learn from our mistakes. So after certain time we can cover up all over flaws and the chances of making mistake almost reduce to zero that can be a slight chances of mistake which can happen rarely. When the chances of making mistake reduces the chances of winning as well as success increases automatically and such a thing is good enough to provide us strong believe as well as confidence that the success is most likely to come. Experience also play a great role in such a cases and I believe that without experience trying to be confident is somehow difficult but not impossible.

Do you think it is possible to be confident to play new role on life with confidence when I never played the role in my entire life? To be honest I think here experience or collecting mistakes as nothing to do as there was no chance in this kind of scenario. Again I also said that being confident without any solid reason is called over confidence. So, will it be overconfidence if I say that I am very much confident about playing the new role even if I don't have any past experience related to it? In my case I think I can be confident even I don't play the same role in the earlier time. How it's possible? Let me explain it with example.

Suppose I got a job I need to play role of manager and I never have any experience related to it. I know that managing is quite complicated thing and its not easy to do and many people suffer a lot for it. Some may choose to leave the position also. But in my case I think I also very much confident about it. What is the source of my confidence. I think in my case the source of my confidence is me. I believe that I am such a person who I like water and can shape according to jar. I am a hard working person and fine I am determined to do something I give my best shot to make it happen. I always try not to leave any room for mistakes are wrong steps and I am always careful and try to learn as fast as possible.

Managing is something that require a good efforts and techniques and I believe that when I have the rule to play I will learn very fast even if I make some mistakes in the beginning. I know myself best and I know that when I try something desperately I make things quite faster even if it's hard to make it happen in short time. The source of my confidence is my hard work and my efforts and knowing about myself best. I know that I want stay idle when I need to play new role. I am a calculative person and I can predict the outcome quite well and I can prepare myself according to the possible outcome and such a thing allow me to know more about the possible outcome and allow me to remain confident you mean if things does not go according to my plan as I can prepare a backup plan. That's the reason I think that it's very much possible to stay confident even if I didn't play the role in the past.
