Giving Back Love For Hurt. Trauma Healing Is The Way Forward
The world is full of people who are passing through one pain or another, and many of them know nothing or little about conflict management. When you get to see an environment that is flooded with peace, it does not negate the fact that there is no challenge at all. Many times people transfer aggression to others because they have limited knowledge of what conflict resolution is all about. There is no fully perfect man that exists on the planet Earth.
As we relate with people on a daily basis, a time may come when we knowingly or unknowingly offend our neighbor, and learning to let go of that same hurt becomes very important because if we don't, the tendency of looking for a way to get revenge or even transferring the aggression becomes so inevitable.
Without missing words, one should be held accountable for hurting another person just because he too was also hurt. As I just said earlier, transfer of aggression makes no sense at all. If we grow with this mind, revenge and evil will keep spreading on earth. Seriously, this is why we hear of a story of one evil or the other, because people are looking for any little opportunity to pay back an evil that was done to them. A very good example of this is a student who was dealt with by his lecturer and swore in his heart to repeat the same to his students.
This is the reason why evil keeps spreading: because the hearts of people are just set to pay back what was done to them. To this, there is no point in saying it was done to me; the main thing is, did you know that it is a wrongdoing? If yes, then the person should be made to face the law.On a daily basis, people pass on trauma to others. A lot of people in the society are traumatized because maybe someone took unlawful advantage of them. Many people have been locked into themselves as a result of this. Just yesterday I heard of a 14 year old girl that was grossly raped by her boss.
In as much as I condemn this act of misbehavior by this boss, I don't support that she should go about doing the same to others. The main thing that should be done, as it is already on point, is to bring the rapist to book because there is a law backing this kind of behavior too.Forgiveness flows from the heart. For one to grow to forgive a hurt, it is very important to pass such a person through what is called trauma healing. Someone who is traumatized needs to go through that process of healing.
The process of healing takes a lot; first one has to agree to the fact that he is hurt and admit that he needs healing. Another thing to be considered is getting a coach or an accountability partner who is a professional and is willing to help one heal from that hurt.Evil stops spreading when people make up their minds to do things differently. Wow... sincerely accountability, healing and forgiving are truly the answer. We should choose to face pain and hurts done to us differently. That way we will heal, breake free from the cycle and contribute to making the world a better place to live in.

Seeìng people passing trauma forward is really sickening, i went through a boarding school, the wicked seniors then will say I was treated this way that is why I am treating you this way and when it is your turn, you can do the same to your juniors, it was a gospel for the wicked ones. Thank God we survived it.

Sometimes people keep pain inside and later transfer it to innocent people. But like you said, revenge only adds more evil. The best way is to heal, forgive, and let go so that everything will stop.
