Now days it's very rare to find someone with their presence on social media. Everyone anyhow is present and it become the part of our daily life. Their are some people who are not much expressive in personal but share their views and expression on social media. Just have a look around you, you will find such people for sure in your circle. The way we use to interact with other has been changed drastically now days after the introduction of internet and social media. People share their emotions, their sorrows, happy moments or sad news on social media first and then in person. This also become the platform for sharing our views and opinions, it may be on some activities going on around us or political view, a hobby or a game. Just by reviewing the social media account it's very easy now days to judge the mentality, intrest and their views. This is good as well as bad also. Those digital prints could be a valuable information for someone with good intentions as well as bad intentions. A personal opinion on social media may give appreciation form like minded people and also give disencouragement also from people with disagreement.

The kids are one of the curious creature of God and the are more attracted towards the social media, this become the need of today's time. Kids spends most of their time in schools along with other kids and the teachers. Teaching is considered as a noble profession in the society and teachers are one of the respectful persons of the society, that is the reason they have more responsibility towards their surroundings and society. What they do ot what they convey effects very fastly among the kids they are teaching. Kids and teachers both are now days on social media and follow each other, they use to read what they are posting on social media. Here this create positive and negative effect on both kids as well as the teachers. A single post form anyone has the ability to reveal inappropriate behavior, emotional struggles, or even situations that need attention. This is reason that the their activities on the social media should be monitored. In case of kids the first responsibility lies with their parents but is it ok if the schools are also monitoring the activities of their students and teachers on social media. On one side it looks ok as any alarming situation can be observed well within time and can be handled or resolved on time, but on other side it looks the interference in someone's privacy.

Look at some situation where a student share their concerns about action taken by school or other kids in the class on social media may be give information to the relevant authorities. Now look into another situation where a teacher may be posting and pressing about some political party which may not be liked by the school authorities as they are supporting the other part. This may become the reason of conflicts. It is very easy to misuse the information on the name of survalliance.
In my opinion it does not matter if the schools are monitoring the social media accounts of their students and teacher if they (school authorities) are in limits. But it's very difficult to define the limit and everyone has their different opinions on limits. Any heated talk, misleading information should be restricted and personal opinion and freedom to speach should be respected.
