We work to earn so that we can bring the bread and butter for our family. The food is one of important part of our lives and without the food we can not survive. In old days before the civilization the human were living in jungles and spend most of their time hunting for food. This was the prime work the do in whole daily or in would say in whole their life. Just imagine go out and start hunting and do not return home untill you will not get sufficient food for the family. We all need the food which gives the energy to survive. In today's time a variety of food are available, even if you are in any part of world you can get the traditional food of any other part of the world. The food is not only to calm our hunger it is the main source of essential elements like vitamins, minerals, proteins etc which are required for the proper growth of our body. A healthy and nutritious diet is a balance diet which has all essential elements required to the body. Protein is one essential element which is required not only for growing kids but also for the adults. The portion comes form the both veggies and non- vegitable diet. I do not eat meat or egg and I am also not vegan. I consumables the milk and milk products from the animals specially from the cow and buffalow.

My twin brother is also has same eating habits as I have. He also do not like the meat and also not vegan. He shared on intresting conversation he has with one of his colleagues. 12 years back he start his overseas journey and one day he was talking with his colleagues about the food habits and when he mentioned that he do not eat meat and egg, his colleagues was very surprised and asked then how you get the protein required for your body? I guess many people has that myth, the meat is not the only source of protein there are many other option available. No doubt the meat may be the best option in terms of protein, but the animal milk and items made form the animal milk are also contain good portion of the protein. Even if you are vegan then also you have option also soya milk and items made form soya beans, as it contains good amount of plant protein.
In my family no one ate meat, and I know many people around me who do not ate meant and depends on the plant or milk products for their protine requirement. Their may be some geographical conditions in some part of world where meat may be the only option for protein as the ecosystem may not suitable for veggies. In some part of the world the meat may be the good option as meal because of low rate as compared to other option available otherwise in India most of the people like the meat for the taste.
If I have to face no meat challenge, in which I can not eat meat but other can. I can easily accept and complete the challange as meat is not part of my diet allready. I can easily survive without meat as I know how to take protein other then meat for my body.

Yeah, the meat is not the only source of protein, we even have more sources that are higher in protein when compared to meat. Thanks for sharing.
