I stopped using the school main gate to avoid a particular security because of this habit, he doesn't care whether you have cash or you are late for class.
Tip is not mandatory and no one should be entitled to it. It's me doing you a favour and yes, it should be done at free will.

oh yea i have someone like that in my school too, but then as usual i stop giving him as well... cos i cant be doing daily contribution when you are getting paid by the school
