As far as I know only @commentrewarder and us, @topcomment are focussed on rewarding comments.
@commentrewarder works a bit differently because you have to configure it on your posts yourself.

@topcomment is infinitely better as it manually curates comments whereas when you write a post, you allocate a % of your rewards to the commenters. This simply encourages spam comments as many just comment purely for tje rewards.
