In my place, or should I just say where I grew up. It is very compulsory that a child learn one skill before going to the university. Back then, most of these skills were offline skills, and theyhelped a lot of people. This thing is still in practice and it is the best. Having a skill offline is good because while you are not earning online, you can also earn offline.
That's great! Having a practical or technical skill to go to university is a very good requirement. If my country had that, perhaps many people wouldn't take courses just to leave them on the shelf.
Oh, yeah. It's like that in my country and there is something called EED; it's a course for every student and this course, a student needs skills to learn before they can finish their university.
