Hi great family, hope everything is moving as it's expected. Special thanks to the management and everyone participating.
Have you been in pain before? Has someone ever offended you for one reason or the other? Every human being under the surface of the earth is a work in progress. In our journey of life, it's expedient that we get something very clear. We are frail and loaded with a lot of inadequacies that could limit our growth and development however we should try and work hard on how to treat one another.
In response to the theme for this week which I personally considered very crucial owing to the times and season we are in. The theme says circle of pain. As I earlier said in my introduction, every human being has been devastated in one way or the other. It could be through close relationships or a distant family. There is an African adage that goes both the tongue and teeth sometimes clash even though they are in the same mouth. This often occurs in our daily way of living. We meet varied kinds of people with different temperaments It's left for one to find a way out of relating with such individuals.
When someone crosses your boundaries and you aren't ok or angry at such a person, is better you work out modalities on reconciling than to nurse such grudges till when you have an opportunity to pour it on someone innocent. This is very bad. It's not good to transfer aggression to someone instead we should learn to transfer good and godly virtues that would result in the total transformation of an individual.
There are some parents that like transferring trauma to their children. The child can't attest to the reason why he or she is being punished. Is possible such parent had a misunderstanding in the office which he couldn't manage it but came back home and started betting the children this is absolutely bad and shouldn't be encouraged at all.
Do you know that a story of a man was told how he killed his son because of anger. There was a scratch on his car. The father didn't bother to check what was written on it instead he went straight and started shouting why did you scratch my car? In an attempt to hit the child on the head, he fell down and died. It's quite unfortunate.
No human being is perfect therefore let's learn to enlarge our hearts to accommodate others for their wrong than to keep malice which won't help anyone. Aside from accommodating one another, one should be able to have a heart that forgives. Most times people transfer anger to another person due to lack of spirit of forgiveness. I think everyone should make it as a prayer point in praying for a heart that forgives and seek for peace.
When you don't forgive, how do you expect others to forgive you? No matter the hurt, find a space to forgive and have peace.
Thanks for reading through my entry for this week and edition. All comments are appreciated.
I see also some parents who are frustrated with their child and results aren't so good as poor children don't deserve this behavior...... They should learn to forgive and move on
