But that is the thing, is it really worth the risk? These opinions that is believed to have originated from a state of immaturity might not be what you think. What if it actually reflects who they are in todays society? Change is not really applicable to everyone and our society have had to learn this the hard way, especially from the so called repentant terrorist.

They might not be that actually. Which is why we need to scrutinise and understand things clearly and also consider the nature of those statements. Yeah, that's part of considering the change, and like I mentioned, it has to be evident that this person isn't aligned to those things or values. The repentance terrorist case is a different thing altogether, let's not even go there.
