Mentorship is not easy, I have not done that directly before but I can tell from those I watch coaching others that the job is not easy, it's like creating a another version of you just like you said and seriously that's something one would have to do with extra carefulness

It's not easy, takes a lot of conscious decisions, but it's not necessarily to make the person another version of one self you know.
