Baking Also Bring The Millions

We all know that the internet has taken up to 90% of the world that even our skills that we traditionally paid money to learn for a period of time now has everything to do with the internet, prior to the question asked, my skill that I learnt traditionally with having anything to do with the internet is baking, and as we know we learn everyday, learning is constant.
Last year, I made a big decision by investing on myself by own self, I paid for baking classes and I started taking the classes, the classes was quite expensive and I do spend money continuously on praticals too.

Making it in the baking world today isn’t so easy because there are lots of bakers and most clients really don’t take it to be something serious, as a baker I have to create something that stands out, I have to make clients trust my brand and make sure it gives a rich taste, when I started baking last year I really cannot count how many cakes I have done and shared amongst people just because I wanted to master my work, I spend alot on ingredients, I spend time and energy baking and decorating for hours just to feed it to people and to get their feed backs and recommendations, earlier this year I made a whole cake and gave it my pastor as a gift and I really got thumbs when the people around ate the cake compared to the one that they paid money for.

As i wrote earlier making it in the world today with just baking isn’t so easy, but baking as a skill and professional as really stood out in recent times, just a month back a Nigerian celebrity’s wedding cake was really a master piece to talk about, the couple could stand inside the cake, and that cake was worth millions, and even a few weeks back our very own fashion designer, Veekee James of Nigeria clocked 30 and she ordered for a 30 tier cake worth 18million naira, and now thats a whole of money and so yes baking isn’t just about frying puff puff or selling at the road side, there’s more to baking than just the usual things that we’re used to.

Baking brings the millions too and not just the change, a well mastered art would bring clients that knows how to spend money on what they want, my boss would always say “when you meet clients that pay without much negotiation, those kind of clients won’t stress you”.
I have always loved to learning baking some years back, but st the time I didn’t have the money to pay for it, so last year when I had the opportunity I took it without turning back, and from that time untill now, I try as much as possible to get better at it everyday.

And now my skills just got better because, Last week I spent close to 400,000 naira just get like a few major equipments like a stand mixer, a scale and a oven. Baking equipments are expensive, I still have alot to buy but I just have to start small.
