A bucket list, being a list that captures one's plans for things to do or accomplish is a very helpful tool. It might not really be that popular amongst some of us, but I consider that in some way, we have been making bucket lists, and checking or ticking them when the items get done or accomplished. A bucket list helps one know what they want to do, and maybe within a stipulated time period. It could be in line with adventure, finance, work or whatever. Also, about what to achieve.

Some time back, last year especially, I found myself making lists of things I needed to do. Some were things I hoped to achieve, with some having time intervals to get them done or achieve them, while others didn't. These were the ones that probably required step-by-step processes, and maybe are resource-demanding, so I needed not to overwhelm myself unnecessarily with the duration that it must fit in, unless necessary. This is something I've learnt in life and am doing well to abide by.
Currently, I won't say I have a bucket list in the generic sense. But I know there's somewhere I write a number of things to do or get, and I go back there sometimes to check what has been done and what is yet to be done or achieved. Also, what can be next achieved, if possible within a time frame. Well, I find some things done, and others not yet, for some reason. At this point, what could be said to be my top three on my bucket list? Maybe not top three chronologically I'll say, but there are some things I'd like to get ticked.
One is to grow in my skills and mentor young ones to acquire one of the skills, digital skills especially. Since digital skills are my strong suit and where I do my thing, I can only give what I have. For me, it's about impacting them; helping them gain these skills early in life unlike how some of us had it. My government itself advises youth to learn skills, and that tells of how important it is to have one. Considering that some are kind of idle, doing something like this will do them and society a lot of good.

When it comes to humanitarian services and charity work, I'm a big fan. I see some of this work from others and it captivates me. Not for the reason of applause or recognition, but the smiles on the faces of beneficiaries and the fulfilment that comes from doing so. This is why being part of charity work and humanitarian services is a big part of the things on my list. Currently, I'm somehow involved with one of such organisations and it's a joyful thing already. I hope to do more.
Then to maybe what I'll consider the adventure part. I'd like to travel to other parts of the country, and the world. But of course, this isn't just about fun or adventure. It's more about experiencing new people and their culture. Having such experience firsthand. It might not be much of an item on my list but it remains one I'll like to tick off one day. I appreciate having new experiences and meeting new people. One of the best ways for this is travelling and experiencing it myself which is why I find this somehow on my list.
Listing what to achieve is good but putting of effort to achieve it is very necessary
