I think we all have thought about that so asked question at the beginning of our journey here. Some come to realize what is needed to be a true Hivian while others struggle with why is no one upvoting my articles while they only just produce articles. I say you can do decent if you engage, vote and have some consistently. Also being a little diverse in numerous communities helps as well. It helps getting your face out there by showing more people your material.

Oh, that's for sure! It happened to me too! Was thinking and dreaming about millions... hahahaha... Luckily, after receiving a wake-up call, I was stubborn enough to stay more and find some great peeps here!

I know that many say that HIVE isn't a "real social media" platform, but IMO, it is much more than others!
Exactly for so many reasons. One could write an article on why it's better with much substance :-) It certainly isn't like them as far as negativity goes. A heck of lot less here than on many of them.
