Hello everyone welcome to my blog once more and this is my own response to the second prompt this week here on this esteemed community. Reading through this prompt two sci-fi characters popped into my head - Bruce Wayne and Oliver Queen ( both Batman and Green arrow respectively). This is because these two characters from the DC universe are both billionaires who started off as crime fighting vigilantes because every societal institution in their respective cities were corrupt and could not be trusted in the quest for true justice. Instead of relying on a system that favours the elite, both characters trained in various martial arts styles, used their finances to acquire gadgets and tools to assist their new hobby, donned a mask and went into the streets at dusk to combat crime regardless of the social status of the perpetuators.

I have always idealized vigilantes from comic books especially when they have the financial capacity to back up their hero work. This shows that despite being in the upper class of society, they still have the humanity to do good and contribute to the growth of community by slowly eliminating two of it's biggest problems - CRIME and CORRUPT PUBLIC OFFICIALS. So if I ever get my hands on some life changing money that I am certain will be generational, then I am definitely becoming a night crime fighting mask wearing vigilante who uses his wealth to tackle injustice starting off in my neighborhood till I finally extend my influence to the entire country (Nigeria). However unlike Batman, I won't be having a No Kill Rule, every punishment will definitely suit the narrative of the crime. If you rob a bank, better hope you have good health insurance because chances of you spending three months is really high.

My control Nigeria is plagued with too many vices ranging from terrible leaders to insecurity issues. With my vast reasons bandits and kidnappers better watch out because I'll be hiring mercenaries to end their reign of terror PERMANENTLY because I strongly believe they won't stop until they are all exterminated.
