The imposing of heavily tax will be a savior

The government imposing high taxes on unhealthy products like cigarettes, alcohol, and sugary drinks and snacks will be very good; consuming them is very dangerous for human consumption. If the purchases are high, many people will not buy it; they will have a rethink. It will help reduce the way people purchase the product in large quantities.
Most times I see young guys competing on who will drink more than the other; whenever I come across those people, I will always ask myself, What are these people doing to themselves?' The way our young guys consume alcohol is alarming, but if tax is placed on this unhealthy product, it will reduce the consumption, which means more life.
I will be the happiest person on earth if the government imposes high taxes on these products. Seriously, they have done us more harm than good. I have this uncle of mine who is seriously sick as a result of cigarettes; his kidneys have been damaged. I have been asking myself this question: what if this product was high? Would my uncle be able to purchase it? Those years my dad will always tell him to stop smoking, but he never listens. Today he is regretting his actions, wishing he could draw back the hand of time to correct his wrong. Looking at the world we are living in, our young boys are ready killing themselves without them knowing. They take many things that are harmful to their health, but if the government imposes high taxes on the product majority of them will stop because they will not be able to afford the products.
Imposing a high tax on this product will help reduce the consumption and people demanding the product. The main reason people abuse this product is because it is too cheap. If the government imposed a high tax on this product, believe me, many people would quit when they remember that for them to buy a product, it will cost them so much that they have no other option than to quit.
I have asked myself this question: Why do they consume products that are dangerous to their health, and why are these products so affordable? As of last month, I saw one young boy drinking as if his life depended on those green bottles. He was able to open up to me. I realise that this young boy is frustrated. While imposing a high tax on this product, it is necessary for the government to enlighten these people. Most of them are suffering today because they were not informed.
Remember that health is wealth; it is very important for us to take care of our health in order to live a healthy life. We should be very careful of the way things we consume in life say they have no duplicate. If the government taxes this product heavily, it will help to save the lives of many people outside who consume those products because they are cheap and they can afford it.
For me, I will support the government to impose heavy taxes on this product. It will really help to limit the intake of this product. It is very important that as the government imposes heavy taxes on this product, they should channel the money into foods, which should be cheap so that people can eat healthily.
