March a month full of memories.

The last few months have really been busy months for me. The month was full of activities. Seriously, I don’t think I have had any months of stress like last month. From the first day of last month to the end, it was full of activities for me.

Not minding the stress last month, which was really fun and stressful at the same time, I enjoy every bit of the stress coming from it. Will I say last month's envelope was better for me?

A breakdown of how my last month went.

The 1st of March until the 17th of March was really cool for me because I spent these few weeks hustling in mom's shop. My normal routine was that in the early morning I would do some chores and go to mom's shop. In the evening, I will go to church for my choir rehearsal and drama rehearsal.

My big sister called and said that I should come over to her place and take care of the kids. If it were in my power, I could have declined because I am not already into kid drama, but I have no choice. After two days, I pack my things and travel to her place. I swear, staying with these kids made me realise that motherhood is not easy. I was so surprised that I was able to multitask. I wake up every morning and prepare the kids for school. I drop them off at school and head to my aunt's shop because she instructed me not to leave the shop only for the sales personnel. Seriously, these few weeks in my aunt's shop have made me strong, and I have discovered that I can really multitask.

Returning home from my aunt's house, my favourite cousin called me and said that she would really want me to help her and buy things for her wedding. Seriously, at this point, I was like, You people want to kill me this month. I can’t say no; I have to accept. After two days, I travelled down to her base to help her get things for her wedding. Things were really expensive in the market; you need to see us price things as if we were not in Nigeria.

On Good Friday, I travelled to the village to celebrate Easter and also for my cousin's traditional marriage. This is my first time celebrating Easter in the village. I never knew that people would come back for Easter. The village was full of people, and I really enjoyed Easter.

Easter Tuesday was my cousin's wedding; she didn’t even give me breathing space. Cindy, do this, do that. I was really stressed out that day, and I will really miss her.

My last month was all about my family. I didn’t even have time for myself. I was so stressed out last month. I was so happy that I was able to help them.

The only thing that I felt bad about was that I didn’t follow the Easter preparation very well. As a Catholic, I should prepare myself very well for the Easter celebration, but I was unable to do it due to family.

This last month made me realise that I am super strong.
