Who knows what the result from the ECG showed? It's possibly a health issue that could become a pain if you smoked or drank alcohol.
Routine checks do help, especially with finding out ailments early enough and treating them before they escalate.

Yes! The good aspect of it is that I don't smoke, who knows maybe if I be smoker, it would have deteriorate my health.
