A passive income i wish to have
Business is all about risk and hence why it is not advisable to put all our eggs in one basket in case of set back in that line of business.....
Diversifying and having multiple source of income is the best way to grow financially, never rely on one source of income....
I am jack of all trades so i venture into any investment that will yield good profit, although i am very skeptical when investing because there are many scam project online so one needs to be very careful when getting involved in any...
Just few days ago, i got a message from someone on facebook who is asking me to invest in a project that doubles my money within 48 hours, i don't get involve in deals that seems too good to be true just like the one he was offering me so i told him am not interested and he finally stop persisting when he realized i am a hard nut to crack... lol
Unfortunately i have not spread my wings offline because i am more focused on my online career and some of the things i do online is already known to those who read my post...
My hive blog is a good source of income for me because i am earning the salary of an average worker in my country in a week by posting, i think that is something good with the fact that i work in the comfort of my house and no one is bossing me around....I plan to start saving HBD now and that would serve as a good source of passive income for me....
Splinterlands: The best game on the hive blockchain is another place where i earn passive income, i just stake my sps and earn more reward from it...
- EMP: This is another project i invested my money and my stake of 500 EMP will give me 2000 emp in some years, it is a long term investment and i am not worried....
Real estate is the oil money in town, It is a very solid business one can go into with less risk ...
Land never depreciate in price, you can't expect to buy a land at the same price you bought it last year, it always goes up so investing in such a thing is a very good idea...
Buying lands and re selling them after 3 to 5 years time will yield good profit but the best way to earn passive income is building a house and renting it out...
This kind of investment gives you passive income till your old age, imagine building 4 to 5 houses and renting everything out, one can just sleep all day and have no worries about money because he has already built something printing that money for him steadily...
If i am going to venture into any offline business, this would be my priority!

Real estate is indeed one of the truest passive incomes in the offline world. Once the properties are built, one just have to sit back and let the money roll in. People will always need a place to live so there's a constant demand. If I have to diversify my portfolio into the offline world, I would focus on real estate and precious metals like gold and silver.

I was telling a friend some times ago how I planned owning a house and renting it out while I receive my rent yearly and this is sure a great passive income for someone. I hope to build my own house in the future too make this come to reality.

Honestly that is the way forward, build house and enjoy the reward forever.. house can't crash like other business so it is more of risk free aside the little maintenance that needs to be done to keep it in shape....
In fact, house is an appreciative asset and will never depreciate no matter how long it has been. So, it's good for making more money.
