The government is not helping the citizens, what they know how to do best is loot the citizens, they will always find a way to impose taxes on the citizens, and the most annoying part is they are not doing the right thing with the money.
They share it among themselves, have a lot of properties in and outside the country, have a fat bank account, and have a lot of expensive cars in their garage that they are not using.
Recently, the government imposed a 50 Naira charge on every transaction that is above 10,000 Naira, imagine the amount they are making daily on millions of transactions done by Nigerians but that was not enough for them, and they decided to start charging 100 Naira from every withdrawal from the Atm... Their level of greed is alarming!.
Even banks will deduct your money anyhow, this and that charges...
This is where Crypto comes in to deliver us from the slavery of the Government but of course, they are not happy about it; this is why they are doing their best to end crypto, but it is beyond their power.
The crypto world is a place where no charges would be deducted from your money for keeping it in your wallet, it is a place full of so many opportunities and some will even pay you for saving your money online.
A good example is the hive platform where you can save your dollars and earn 15 percent Apr, no bank offers such an Apr.

Some people see crypto as a gamble but that is wrong! The same way you can use your cash to play sporty bet and lose it, is the same way crypto offers you where you can also gamble and lose your money, and that is where we are talking about trading futures and others but that is not the only thing about Crypto...
You can save money online without the fear of losing it, we have stable coins like Usdt, USDC, and Hbd that make it possible.
Whatever you now choose to do with your stable is your choice and any loss suffered due to your decision should not be blamed on Crypto.
It would be really nice if the world could run on crypto, you work and get paid in crypto, and you buy and sell in crypto... Those of us already into crypto and Gen Z won't have a problem with such a change, the only concern is for the older people who are not used to this modernized world... Some of the market women who have no knowledge about the online world will also have problems with it but I believe they will learn to cope as time goes on.... We humans tend to adapt to changes faster than we can imagine.

Cryptocurrency will indeed reinstate some many good things to our financial institution, eradicating changes of government controlling the currency the way they like as we've seen with fiat.
it is such a bad thing that government have access to our money, cos they can easily freeze our account when needed or to threaten people like they did during the end sars protest...
No one can freeze our wallet online.... peace of mind.
Maybe cryptocurrency will offer the financial emancipation many people are craving for and limit the control the government has over the people's finances. But the truth is we are still a long way from that. But it will happen someday.
I seriously doubt it is going to ever happen, a world where all transactions are being done with crypto-only is kinda impossible, the government and our rulers will make sure it doesn't happen.
Hmm that extra charges on every withdrawal is unnecessary, and there's no actual reason too. And the part where they cut your money without any particular reason argh!!

Sincerely, crypto will do a lot of good things for us, especially saving us from these greedy ones who want to keep exhorting us, living off of our money. Yes, crypto will be a good thing, but in another thought, the challenges there are enormous, especially for the oldies and uneducated ones. It will take a long while for them to adapt and before then, they are susceptible to fraudsters.
This is a valid point, many of them will become a victim of fraudsters... That world we imagine can't happen though, at least not in our generation.
People who see crypto as gambling might never truly attain freedom from government control. Being on Hive shows you a world of so many possibilities. Everyone should prioritize HBD savings. Imagine having 20k HBD and earn like 140 to 150 hbd per month, if you're not a big spender you can survive on that per month.
Crypto isn't a gamble as many people think, it is just us that make it that way by trying to get rich within 2 days but we must also accept the fact it comes with greater risk, either becoming richer in two days or poorer...
If we want risk-free, stables are the way and some even offer interest like the HBD...
150 hbd is more than enough for a bachelor to survive but for a family man, I doubt. Cos there are some expenses that comes flying in without notice lol.
