When we start taking anything in excess in our life, we have to see its bad consequences. If you consume anything in limits then you get benefit from it, if you increase the quantity of anything then you will have to see its harm, if you consume alcohol then you become alcoholic, similarly if you consume more sugar then you get habituated to it and many people like to eat sweets a lot but some people do not like it that much, everyone has their own choice. But see, some people are not able to control it even if they don't want to and some people control it very easily, I feel that everything depends on your will power, what you want to do and what not. See, you must have often seen that some people are more concerned about their health than you and keep getting themselves checked from time to time.

But there are some people who do not care about anything, they do not get themselves checked up and rather stay far away from the hospital and do not exercise any kind of control over their eating habits, due to this their body structure gradually gets distorted and they start looking physically less attractive. If a person controls his eating habits and eats things in limit and does not allow the quantity of anything to become excessive, then in such a situation a lot of things change around him and his body also remains good. Everyone has a different way of living life. Some people live life carefreely, they do not care what will happen tomorrow or whether the things they are doing today will have consequences on their body, but some people control it too much and we should do the same.
Some people consume junk food in large quantities but despite that they will appear to be very healthy to you because they exercise regularly and eat some healthy essentials and many people consume a lot of water due to which they remain weak while some people consume very less amount of water due to which they suffer from many diseases. By the way you must have often seen that people who are very slim and trim say that you should stay away from sugar, stay away from rice and all the white things. If you are able to control them then you too can become the owner of a good body like them, but we all know that there are many things but not everyone is able to use them, the reason for this is that not everyone is the way they want.

But there will be very few people who would eat bitter gourd vegetable or bottle gourd vegetable or should I say green vegetables. Many people often eat green vegetables in some form or the other but we are used to many vegetables but the things which seem good to us now are harmful for us. The things which do not give us much pleasure in the instant form prove to be much more beneficial for us in the long term. So if you want to reduce fat and you also do not want to become a patient of sugar, then you should reduce the amount of sugar in your life. Sweet things taste good like chocolate candy cakes and who knows what other things which contain sugar like cold drinks, people drink them with great desire but see, these are very harmful. If you have noticed that when you drink cold drinks, it feels cold for a while but after that you start feeling thirsty again. Whenever you feel thirsty, you should use water instead of golden syrup. If you improve even a little in small habits, you will start feeling the difference in yourself.
Look, I would just like to say this much that if you want improvement then change small things in your life and gradually you will get to see a big impact in your life and if you are able to do this then you will start seeing the changes automatically, thank you.
