See friends, how we are and what our moral ethics are, it all depends on many things, especially on our environment and our current behavior. Many people are very polite, and some people are very rude. I am not saying that their parents have taught them this way, their behavior is not like this. But , children learn a lot from their environment only, if someone's parents are soft spoken then the child also becomes very soft spoken, if someone's parents are very aggressive and they keep fighting with other people all the time, then it becomes natural for their children to be like this too. It also depends to a great extent on how your friends are. Consider, if five people in your circle are alcoholics, it probably won't take you long to become the sixth person. It's common to see this, but it's not necessary. But consider that your environment also makes a significant difference to you.

Yes, a lot depends on the people as well. There are some people who do not do any kind of things. I consider myself very lucky and I am also proud of myself that I never got caught in all these things. But I would not call myself an ideal person at all. Look, everyone has shortcomings. I also do some things which I may not do in comparison to all of you, but look, everyone has some shortcomings and hardly anyone would be a perfect person. Some people even pretend to be perfect but see, everyone has flaws. I feel that a lot depends on your will power also, if your will power is very strong and you are very consistent towards someone or you show a lot of dedication towards something then things change a lot in your life.
Look where you were born, what kind of parents you had, and how you are now, what kind of friends you had, what religion you belong to all these things matter a lot to develop your thinking and your morals. What kind of people you associate with matters a lot and as you grow up your understanding also keeps on developing. These are all the things that matter and perhaps you too must have experienced all these things. Imagine if you were born in some other country and you knew some other language, then perhaps your thinking would have been different. Or if the religion you follow right now was not your religion but some other religion, then perhaps you would have thought differently. So overall, many things depend on your development, so you cannot hold a single reason responsible for it.

Actually, I feel that humans himself is responsible for his shortcomings or strengths because when a human is born, he does not have any talent at that time, he develops it gradually, in the same way you can also develop it, you just need to work hard but nowadays no one wants to do that. Many people want that they should have skills now but they do not want to work hard but it is not possible at all. If it were so then probably everyone would have some skills or the other. You might have seen the movie Matrix, where all kinds of skills are installed in the Neo's character, in a way a program is installed and he also gets all kinds of skills. It may happen in the future but right now no such facility is available, so you have to work on yourself.
And you should try to take whatever decisions you make with grace and strive to become a better person. If you can do that, then perhaps something will ever change in your life. I feel like many people come and go in your life. Brothers stay with you as long as they have a part to play in your life, even after that.

Yeah i really agree with you that humans are incharge of their talent.
You've noted that those who wish to obtain the Neo-style "instant" mastery rarely put in the effort, but is this impatience the reason why people are unable to gain the kind of character and determination you propose, or is it a case of lacking motivation that makes all that hard work seem pointless?
When you learn other people's habits in your house, it's easy to blame your parents. Blaming someone else, rarely or almost never will the same person admit their mistakes; they always look for an external factor to justify their behavior.
