I live in India and if I talk about minimum wages here, it depends on where you live and what work you do. Every sector has different rates. Though the government has fixed a limit for minimum wages, but in some places, it is much below. Even now, I have seen many people who work the whole month for very less money and they have to do hard work for that. Look, the biggest thing is that there is no shortage of laborer's here, due to which they do not have much fear of anyone leaving because if one goes, another is ready to replace him. Many businessmen and other shopkeepers look for such people who are ready to work for less money. And there is a huge number of such people because even though people have degrees, they are not able to get suitable jobs and not everyone is able to do a job. Although the government is there and it claims to educate everyone, but I don't think there is any benefit in such education which is not teaching us any skills.

Just getting a degree is not going to achieve anything, today's times are different, many people have made a lot of progress even without any education, they just worked on their skills and either they started a business, everyone has different ways of earning money, but if someone is a labourer, he has to depend on his salary and beard, sometimes he gets good money but sometimes it happens that the contractor takes away his money and sometimes he has to work for free also. You see, it often happens that everyone takes advantage of a helpless person. If a person is not helpless, then no one can take advantage of them and no one will be able to take advantage of them. Because whoever does a job, friend, has some compulsion or the other, whether he is a high paid person or a low paid person, everyone has some compulsion or the other. Right now, wherever I work, I am able to take care of my own expenses and a little bit of the household expenses too and I am satisfied with that for now.

As much as you earn, your expenses also increase accordingly and this is exactly what a man is like. When your salary is less, you look for cheap things. As your salary increases, you also increase the prices of your things in the same way. You see, as your salary increases, your expenses also increase, and your thinking also changes. Earlier, you used to think many times before buying things, but now you do not think about them as much, and in this way, your expenses keep increasing. Even if you do not pay much attention to all these things, but small things make a big difference.

See, the more money you get, the better it is because many times it happens that you are not able to buy the things of your choice because you do not have enough money, but if you have enough money then you can buy the things of your choice and you can also keep your family much happier because see, nowadays with money you can do many things which you cannot do without money. Even though money does not bring happiness, you get a lot of facilities and the more your salary, the better facilities you can provide to your family members and in such a situation, you will also feel very good if you are able to keep your family members happy or fulfill all their needs.

What saddens me is that even today, many businessmen and small shopkeepers take advantage of people. They are forced to work, which is why they pay them very low salaries, and they work so hard they can't even say anything because it's so difficult to get a job these days. Unemployment has risen significantly. All these problems are more severe where the population is high, and India's population is very high, which creates many problems. There is a need to change many things and one change that needs to be brought is in the education system. The focus should be on the skills of the children and not on their degrees so that they do not face as much trouble in moving forward as people are facing these days.
