And this is not a new thing, nowadays followers on social media increase just like that if any of your videos goes viral or you appear in a video somewhere, many things matter for you to go viral. Some people create such content that it goes viral.
Nowadays a lot of entertainment resources are available to us due to which we all can use many different platforms through which we can entertain ourselves but in case of social media, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook are very popular. And different content creators put their stuff on different platforms but mostly people try to increase their followers on Instagram than on YouTube because you generate revenue from YouTube but if you have more followers on Instagram too then you get a lot of good sponsors from there too. And if your reels go viral a lot then in such a situation you get a lot of benefit from it. See, you all must be following different people on social media, depending on what your interest is, you must be consuming content based on that.
Many people make a lot of viral videos, as you all must be knowing Mr. Beast, he probably has the biggest channel on YouTube and maybe he has a good number of followers on other platforms too, to be honest I don't watch his videos and it is not that I don't like his content, a lot of viral content is there and that too remains on trending. But see, not everyone likes the same type of content but Mr. Beast keeps trying something new due to which his content is very popular and goes viral too. People do a lot of things to make their content viral, some people go to extremes and because of this they also suffer losses.
If your channel is in a growing stage then you might not feel this much but when you become popular then many things change, people around you start noticing you, if you make even a small mistake or take some wrong decision then your image gets damaged in a few moments. Nowadays in the times of social media, as your image develops, it also goes into down trend. Okay, sometimes things go very viral but not everyone can sustain them, the person who can sustain them is a big achievement in a way because not everyone can do that.
It is said that the reality of a person is revealed when he comes to power. If even after coming to power, that person is the same as he was before, then that is his true nature. If you look closely, you will see that people change. Whether you create good or viral content, it is very important for you to sustain it. If you are able to do that, then your content also works. Every type of thing has a period. Some people create family friendly content, while some people create very vulgar content. All types of people have followers. But look, it seems to me that if you are doing something too intense to go viral, then it can prove to be harmful for you. If some of your videos go viral first, then there is a pressure within you to do better than that and in such a situation, this journey can never end.
So I would just like to say that if you are a content creator then you should get hold of one of your nieces and keep creating content according to her, if your content is good then one day or the other she will definitely gain followers. And if you want to make viral videos then you will have to do a lot of things for that, you may have to run ads or you may have to create such content which is trending these days, a lot of things keep changing and the trend also changes very quickly, so in such a situation you will need to keep giving a lot of birth to your content if you create viral content. Because you must have also noticed that we all are not able to consume the same type of material for a long time, we want something new, so according to that, even if something is in trend, it may be possible that it may not be in trend tomorrow, you just have to look at things accordingly.
Look, everyone has a different psychology. Some people want to be popular and watch movies, but some people are happy with their normal lives. You want to live a normal life and you want your lifestyle to be as simple as it is. Then a normal life is good, but a lot changes with it. So overall it is your life, you have full right to take decisions and even if your content is better, you should keep in mind that whatever you do, it remains in trend only for a certain time and in such a situation, if you want to remain consistent, then you will have to do something different so that people keep watching you continuously and your loyal followers keep increasing.

U're right, going viral isn't always as glamorous as people think. A lot of people only see the fame and followers but they don't realize the pressure that comes with trying to stay relevant. In the end a loyal community is worth much more than one viral video.
