See, nowadays many rules have been followed in school. Earlier school used to be very simple, you used to study and your exams used to be conducted and you used to pass but nowadays many things have been added. See, nowadays many things are done in the name of school and you have to perform well in everything. If your marks are less in any subject or any activity, then your percentage of overall marks is decided accordingly. See, not every student is perfect, some may be good in studies and their physical strength may not be that good, but there are some whose physical ability is quite good but they are not that good in studies, but when you are in school or college, you have to give good performance even if you feel bad, you are marked on that basis.

But this should not be the case because every person cannot be good at everything, some people are good at a particular thing, some at some other thing, some people are very good at studies, and even those people are very active in other activities, everyone has different advantages in some things, some have disadvantages in some things. In some colleges and schools, this aspect is given attention, but in many places, all these things are not given attention, due to which the child's height and nose deteriorates a lot and because of this, his overall performance also declines a lot. If you know about any strength of a person, in which he is good, then you should focus on that thing of his, if you do this, then you get to see a lot of improvement in him.
See, if a person is not able to do well in any particular field, then he also feels depressed. Firstly, he may be good or successful in one subject or another, but if he is not able to perform well in all his overall subjects, then he feels a lot of disappointment and when a person is disappointed, then he does not feel like doing anything and feels a lot of restlessness. If a student joins such an association, then a lot of things change and he is not able to concentrate well on many things, he becomes a little depressed and negativity spreads in his life.

See, I feel that students should go to such schools where all these things are not there, where studies are taken as studies, sports are taken separately and whatever competitive things are there, they are taken separately. If all the things are combined then it becomes very difficult to perform overall because everyone has different abilities and everyone has some points where they stop. If a person is good in everything then it is wrong to think that all people will be like that.
So, in conclusion, I would like to say that if competitive exams and other things are kept separate, then it is fine and it has a positive impact on the performance of the student. So, in my opinion, this should not happen. There should be a distinction between basic activities and studies. In any competition, some parameters should be set and the student's performance should be checked on that specific parameter. If something is related to physical laboratory, then the student's physical standing should be measured in it, not his other qualities. What do you think about this?

I totally agree, modern schools' obsession with "all-rounder" grading crushes natural talents and breeds unnecessary stress. Not everyone's wired to ace academics and sports and debates; forcing it ignores how humans excel through specialization, like how Messi dominates football but skips quantum physics.
Data backs this: Finland's top-ranked education system separates core learning from extracurriculars, focusing on strengths, resulting in happier kids and better PISA(Programme for International Student Assessment) scores.
India's rote-heavy model? Sky-high dropout rates from burnout.Schools should certify specific skills (example,A+ in Math Lab, B in Athletics) instead of lumping everything into one GPA killer. This builds confidence, cuts depression and grooms real-world winners
Look at Elon Musk, who flunked humanities but revolutionized tech.
